Juan de Cardenas, MBA has over 15 years of diverse experience in finance and value-based care operations within managed healthcare. Most recently, Juan served as the founding Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Solis Health Plans, a Medicare Advantage HMO serving residents in Florida with a strong focus on value-based care arrangements. He has also served as a CFO for a local Medicare Advantage provider based in Miami, managing finance, contracting, network development and operations. In addition, he has served in several managerial roles within finance, operations, business intelligence, and quality within one of the largest managed behavioral health organizations with a nationwide footprint.
